Job Description

Our client is planning a project to convert from WebChest to IMIS and is need of an iMIS Subject Matter Expert (SME). In this role you will serve as a hands-on Technical/Functional consultant and work with the project team to help implement this application.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from customers (business units)
• Convert requirements into technical specifications and review with technical team members
• Prepare project plan
• Work with technical team members to implement the conversion
• Monitor project status and provide relevant updates to business units and management team
• Oversee testing
• After conversion is complete provide knowledge transfer to cross-functional team members

Required Skills/Experience

• Subject Matter Expert in iMIS
• Prior experience working on a conversion to iMIS from another application in a technical and functional capacity
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, monitoring project milestones and preparing relevant updates/reports
• Ability to interact with cross-functional team members i.e. business, technical and management as well as vendors
• Experience with WebChest is a plus
