Key Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license required
• Valid AZ IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt OT strategies for an online learning platform
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with families, staff, and students
• Proficient with digital tools and documentation platforms

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver virtual or hybrid therapy sessions aligned with students' IEP goals
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and parents
• Maintain accurate, timely progress reports and documentation
• Offer consultation and training for staff to support student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
