About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for FP&A with a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial results, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires collaboration with regional finance teams and division finance officers to understand the drivers of financial performance and recommend improvements. The AVP will also be involved in preparing and presenting financial reports for senior leadership, supporting various financial cycles, and continuously seeking process improvements and automation opportunities within FP&A activities. Applicants for the Associate Vice President, FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or certification such as CFA or CPA being a plus. A minimum of 5 years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles is required, with a preference for those with experience in insurance or financial services. The role demands a candidate with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of intellectual curiosity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving change, influencing process improvements, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic international environment. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling is essential, and experience with financial planning systems is preferred.
