You will support event execution from setup through breakdown while providing professional, attentive service to our clients and guests.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in hospitality, and thrives as part of a team. Whether you are serving guests, preparing event spaces, or ensuring every detail is executed perfectly, your work directly impacts the success of every event.What You'll DoProvide exceptional food and beverage service to wedding and event guestsAssist with event setup, including tables, chairs, linens, décor, food stations, and service areasServe plated meals, buffet service, appetizers, beverages, and other event offeringsMaintain clean, organized, and guest-ready dining and service areas throughout eventsBuss tables and reset guest spaces during and after eventsSupport event breakdown and ensure all items are properly cleaned, stored, and returnedFollow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standardsCommunicate professionally with guests, clients, vendors, and team membersWork collaboratively with Event Managers and venue leadership to ensure smooth event executionAnticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, proactive serviceComplete other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForExperiencePreferred qualifications:Previous experience in catering, banquet service, restaurants, hotels, or hospitalityExperience working weddings, private events, or high-volume service environments preferredFood Handler Certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire)Hospitality experience is valued, but we are also interested in candidates who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong willingness to learn.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong customer service and communication skillsPositive attitude and ability to create a welcoming guest experienceDependable attendance and ability to arrive on time for scheduled eventsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work as part of a team while independently completing assigned tasksAbility to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedulesBilingual (English/Spanish) language skills are a plusWhy Join Trademark Venues?At Trademark Venues, we create extraordinary experiences for our clients, guests, and team members.
