A Day in the Life Supporting the Store Manager in launching our brand-new Luxe Outlet this August, you will co-lead a fast-paced, high-volume environment:

• Floor Leadership: Drive daily sales, motivate the team, and lead by example with exceptional service.
• Operations & Stock: Manage high-volume inventory, stock flow, and ensure flawless visual merchandising.
• Manager Support: Assist with rostering, training, and step up to lead the store in the Store Manager's absence.

We Are Looking For

• Retail Supervision: Experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Operational Agility: Strong organizational skills to handle high-volume stock and fast stock turns.
• Team Motivation: Ability to coach, support, and energize team members on the floor.
• Customer Centricity: Dedication to maintaining luxury service standards at pace.
• Problem Solving: A proactive approach to daily retail challenges.
