Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to maximize patient function and independence
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Float between worksites as needed to meet patient care demands
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes
Required Qualifications

Active California Occupational Therapist license
Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Ability to work day shift hours and maintain a 40-hour workweek schedule
Willingness to float between worksites as required
Ability to meet standard credentialing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with Casamba documentation software strongly preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team environment
