We’re seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. In this hybriole, you’ll connect with clients, deliver personalized insurance solutions, and build lasting relationships. This position offers a base salary plus commission and bonuses, with a year-end earning potential of $60,000-$100,000.

Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Network and build a strong circle of influence
- Guide customers through the sales process and secure commitments
- Work hard, listen to customers, and continuously grow from experiences
Requirements
- Candidate must have an Active Property and Casualty License To Be Considered
- 1-2 years of prior Allstate experience
- Honest and accountable, integrity is non-negotiable
- Problem-solver who brings solutions, not excuses
- Driven and coachable with a desire to learn and grow daily
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to meeting and exceeding goals
