Our client, a leading facility management organization, is seeking a Custodian to join their team. As a Custodian, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting daily cleaning and building upkeep. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Custodian Location: Eagan, MN Pay Rate: $25.53/hour Shift: Start time anywhere from 6:30-9:00 a.m., 8-hour shift plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch What's the Job?- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation
- Dispose of garbage and restock supplies as needed
- Support internal office moves and cubicle setup or teardown
- Assist with general building maintenance such as minor electrical, plumbing, and lighting repairs
- Maintain cleanliness of both interior and exterior areas, including recycling and waste management
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of related experience in custodial duties
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk extensively within a warehouse environment
- Basic knowledge of manual work techniques and industrial equipment
- Good attendance, positive attitude, and reliability
