The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, improving performance, driving efficiency, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality construction projects.**Description:****Project Planning & Execution*** Lead the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within time and budget.* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to align schedules and deliverables.* Oversee resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.**Operational Oversight*** Monitor and evaluate overall company operations to improve productivity and reduce costs.* Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices.* Track project KPIs and report performance to senior management.**Team Leadership & Management*** Recruit, train, and manage operations staff, site teams, and subcontractors.* Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.* Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.**Quality Assurance & Compliance*** Implement quality control standards and supervise compliance at all project sites.* Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.* Ensure adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements in construction operations.**Client & Stakeholder Communication*** Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants.* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and key decisions.* Support the business development team in preparing bids and project proposals.**Budget & Cost Control*** Monitor project budgets and financial forecasts.* Approve procurement of construction materials and services.* Identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies.**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).* 15+ years of experience in building/vertical construction operations, Preferably in New York City, with at least 5 years in a Senior managerial role.* Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.* Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.* Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD,Procore).* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Excellent written and verbal skills***OUR MISSION****We build critical infrastructure that creates a better world.****OUR VISION****We strive to be the preeminent full-service civil, building, and specialty contractor by delivering innovative, transformative projects through world-class execution.
