We're seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing, value-based care organization in Southern California's Inland Empire. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver advanced, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative, team-based environment without the pressures of volume-driven medicine.

Compensation: Base salary $280K$350K, commensurate with experience

Bonus Eligible: Up to 20% annual performance bonus

Schedule: MondayFriday, outpatient only, no nights or weekends

Focus: Quality-driven care not RVUs or patient quotas

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

Support: Robust team including APPs, case managers, and care coordinators

Your Role

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients, emphasizing prevention and chronic disease management
• Collaborate in daily high-risk huddles to proactively manage care for complex patients
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, wellness, and disease prevention
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the EMR system

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Current and unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration
• Experience managing complex or chronically ill patient populations preferred
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Internal Medicine or Family Practice California state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Internal Medicine or Family Practice program
• One year of work experience as Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physicians/Surgeon
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
