Lead Meat Department Clerk

Job Summary The Meat Department Lead is responsible for providing meat preparation services for guests, setting and filling the service counter and self‑service cases, and delivering outstanding guest service. The Lead will use meat operating tools and equipment up to 75% of the time. The role provides oversight to department staff in the absence of department management. In stores with a Smokehouse, the Lead partners with the Pit Master to showcase product offerings. Duties include assisting guests with orders and requests, answering questions, preparing and displaying items at the service counter, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the department.
