Operations Assistant

Why the role exists:  This entry-level position provides flexible hands-on support across daily operations, customer service, and team coordination.

This is active, relationship-oriented work. This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

• Assist with routine operational tasks

• Support customers and coworkers in person

• Prepare materials, schedules, or activity updates

• Help maintain organized and efficient workflows

Success in the role: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
