About the Role:

As our new Activity Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of recreational and therapeutic activities for our residents. Your creative approach and attention to detail will help us create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that promotes socialization, physical and mental well-being, and overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a diversified activity program that meets the diverse needs and interests of our residents
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to identify and address resident needs and preferences
• Plan and coordinate activities, events, and outings that promote socialization, physical activity, and mental stimulation
• Recruit and manage volunteers and guest entertainers to support our activity program
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our activity program, making adjustments as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records and reports
