The Role We are looking for a warm, dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to lead our 3–5 year old classroom. You will create a joyful, engaging learning environment grounded in our Creative Curriculum approach, build meaningful partnerships with families, and collaborate with a close-knit team that genuinely loves what they do. What You'll Do Lead a preschool classroom, creating engaging learning experiences for children ages 3–5 Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to each child's needs Build strong relationships with families and communicate daily about their child's progress Collaborate with our experienced team in a supportive, family-like atmosphere What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 90 clock hours of approved early childhood coursework (or equivalent alternatives) 3 years of experience working with preschoolers in a licensed childcare center or approved setting 9 clock hours of approved training in communicating with staff, parents, and the public 3 clock hours in ADA Compliance training Passion for early childhood development and family-centered care What We Offer Competitive pay: $20–$28/hour based on experience Health insurance and paid time off 12 hours of annual continuing education support Professional development opportunities A supportive, family-owned environment with nearly 50 years of experience Schedule Full-time, 40 hours/week Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (shift-based) Green Hill Child Development Center Silver Spring, MD Green Hill Child Development Center is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr GREEN HILL CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER LLC
