Apply the nursing process to develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians and other members of the health care team. Monitor patient status, administer medications as appropriate, perform routine treatments, and respond to changes in condition, including trauma and emergency scenarios. Coordinate care with the care team, document accurately, and contribute to discharge planning and patient and family education. Delegate appropriate tasks to CNAs and other support staff according to clinical competence and scope of practice. Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to policies and procedures in a fast-paced emergency environment.
