Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Build and nurture trusting relationships with patients to create an open and safe atmosphere for counseling. \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and tailor treatment plans for individuals and families dealing with mental health disorders. \n
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to encourage positive change. \n
- Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback. \n
- Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring immediate support for patients in distress. \n
- Document all sessions and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity. \n
- Collaborate with external specialists and referral services to ensure holistic care for patients with complex needs. \n
In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals facing relationship challenges, families in crisis, and clients struggling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and addiction. Your culturally competent approach will be essential in engaging clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that our services are effective and relevant to their unique circumstances.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential. \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to develop and implement individualized treatment strategies. \n
- Demonstrated competence in utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to clients with substance abuse issues and co-occurring disorders. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building therapeutic alliances. \n

- Experience in addiction counseling or specialized training in evidence-based interventions for substance use disorders. \n
- Previous work within a remote or telehealth setting is advantageous, highlighting the ability to engage patients virtually. \n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, a retirement savings plan with company matching, and a pay-on-demand option. Our employees working 30 hours or more a week are eligible for a full benefits package, an annual bonus plan based on performance, and a quarterly productivity bonus.
