GL Accountant

Managing day-to-day GL accounting for multiple client entities, the full-time remote GL Accountant will record transactions, post journal entries, and maintain accurate books through month-end close. Key responsibilities: Own day-to-day GL accounting across multiple client entities, ensuring accurate transaction recording and month-end close Post customer payments, maintain AR aging, and code vendor invoices for proper ledger accounts Reconcile bank accounts to the GL, process payroll-related transactions, and serve as a point of contact for clients Required qualifications: 4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, particularly in multi-entity or fractional accounting Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Demonstrated ownership of the full close cycle including AP, AR, and bank reconciliations Proficiency with QuickBooks Online; experience with NetSuite or similar platforms is a plus Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple priorities
