Server Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-focused server to join our growing team. As a server, you will warmly greet guests, provide excellent customer service, take food and beverage orders using our POS system, serve meals professionally, and process payments. Responsibilities Warmly welcome and seat guests in assigned station. Present menus, make recommendations based on guests’ preferences. Input orders accurately into POS system and relay to kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks, ensuring orders are timely and correct. Check on table needs frequently and refresh beverages. Answer questions about menu options, ingredients and daily specials. Process payment via POS system and thank guests after meal. Maintain cleanliness of service area during and after shifts. Requirements 1-2 years recent serving experience in a full-service restaurant. Familiarity with POS platforms for entering orders and processing payments. Strong communication, organization and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and work well as part of a team. Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Weekend, evening and holiday availability.
