Crosspoint Construction, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced  Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of concrete forming, grading, and finishing, and will assist in ensuring construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set and align forms that hold concrete in place.
• Clean and inspect surfaces to identify and address issues before pouring.
• Direct concrete placement and coordinate with truck drivers during pours.
• Pour, smooth, and level concrete using rakes, trowels, floats, and screeds, including both hand and power tools.
• Apply sealers, hardeners, and other finishing compounds as required.
• Construct and finish expansion joints using joiners and edging tools.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience as a concrete finisher, concrete laborer, or mason.
• Knowledge of concrete forming, grading, finishing, and curing techniques.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools, including concrete finishing equipment, cutting saws, and edging tools.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic preferred.
