Leasing Consultant

Burlington Capital Properties is currently reviewing applications to be considered for a full-time leasing consultant position at Rising View, a Bellevue- Offutt Community. We pride ourselves in the quality living experience we provide to our residents and therefore are considering individuals with demonstrated abilities in the areas of customer service and resident relations.

The schedule for this position is full-time Monday thru Friday and alternating Saturdays. Schedule to be discussed during interviews. Qualified applicants must have previous customer service experience, and prior leasing/sales experience is preferred. We are looking for candidates who possess an enthusiastic, high-energy demeanor with a positive team-oriented attitude!

JOB DUTIES

• Conduct activities related to leasing homes such as administrative duties and document preparation, meeting with prospective residents and coordinating leasing activities with the HMO office
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, including coordinating all steps of the move in process as regulated by specific resident situations
• Participate in resident events and promotions
• Use social media and the internet for marketing purposes, and utilize sales techniques to positively interact with prospective residents
• Act as a community representative by conveying the benefits of the community to existing and potential residents
• Must be a positive Ambassador of the Rising View Community at all times
• Miscellaneous duties to contribute to team effort

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent customer service skills required
• Basic math and bookkeeping skills required
• Proficient computer skills to perform essential functions
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years previous general office/leasing experience preferred
• Knowledge and/or experience of the military culture preferred
• Ability to follow directives with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
• Excellent follow-up, follow through and organizational skills
• Must have a basic understanding of the English language and be able to communicate with coworkers, vendors, and the general public
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record may be required
