Local candidates strongly preferred, candidates must be available for an in-person interview. We are a non-tipping club.

Qualifications:

• Strong communicator, a good listener and able to make decisive decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication and member/customer service skills
• Tactful and diplomatic interpersonal skills
• A willingness to be a “hands on” team player, not an administrative focused manager
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize responsibilities
• Multi-tasking and time management is a must
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Conscientious and dependable work ethic
• Able to manage point-of-sales systems
• Is detail oriented and takes pride in ability to follow through on tasks

Education and/or Experience:

• High school or equivalent education required. 2-year college degree, or Industry equivalent, highly desirable
• 2 years of experience in a quality independent restaurant, club, or resort restaurant as a server
• Experienced at achieving, demonstrating, and maintaining Four Star/Diamond service standards
• Demonstrated teamwork skills
• Demonstrated financial acumen
