About the Role: Sales & Customer Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Customer Coordinator to support sales operations, customer service, contract administration, and cross-functional business activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer service, sales operations, and order processing activities.
• Process quotes, sales orders, invoices, and customer requests.
• Prepare and administer customer, vendor, distributor, and service agreements.
• Generate and analyze sales reports using CRM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Operations, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory-related activities and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Support meetings, training sessions, and additional administrative projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of related experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, contract administration, or order management.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, aerospace, or similar industries preferred.
• Experience with CRM, ERP systems, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Inventory control and contract management experience preferred.
