This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining collaboration with on-site school personnel. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for students, formulating individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that address mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.

• Implement therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to empower students in overcoming obstacles.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that adhere to HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality is upheld throughout therapeutic processes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of school psychologists and educators to design holistic strategies tailored to improving students' emotional and academic performance.

• Participate in regular case consultations, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

• Educate and involve students and their families in understanding mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources to build resilience and empower their active engagement in recovery.

• Stay informed about the latest research in psychiatric care, integrating new findings into your therapeutic approaches to deliver the highest caliber of evidence-based care.

Your clients will include a diverse student population experiencing various forms of distress, including trauma, anxiety, and behavioral issues. By working closely with both students and their families, you will help them navigate challenges that can impact their educational experience and personal development.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• Currently possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic methodologies and interventions to tailor care according to individual needs.

• Exceptional communication skills enabling robust engagement with clients, families, and educational staff.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex client concerns effectively.

While a bachelor’s degree is required, a Master’s degree in Social Work is highly preferred, along with experience in school settings or working with children and adolescents. Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches will be an added advantage in enhancing your effectiveness in this role.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
