In-Home Speech Therapist

Location: Kansas City Metro Area Compensation: $75-90 per hour Schedule: Flexible / Create your own schedule Bright Sky Therapy LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our growing team. This is a contract position providing in-home therapy services for children and families. We believe in empowering our team members with the flexibility to design their own schedules while delivering exceptional care to our clients. Position Highlights Pay: $75-90 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Flexible – you create your own availability Setting: In-home therapy with families Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Responsibilities Provide individualized speech and language therapy to clients in their homes Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs Collaborate with families and other therapy providers to support client progress Document session notes and progress updates Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload Why Join Us?
