Duties and Responsibilities Evaluate and document evaluations of referred residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures Provide appropriate treatment to help residents maintain or attain the highest level of function possible within the confines of his/her physical abilities Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and activities Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Qualifications and Skills Current PT certification in the state of Wisconsin Professional enthusiastic attitude Strong communication skills Self-motivated Shows initiative in daily work Join our team as a PT and help make a real difference!
