You'll handle everything from assessments and diagnoses to treatment planning and patient education. Whether you're managing chronic illness, treating acute conditions, or guiding someone through preventive care, your work will be seen, appreciated, and supported. You'll have the autonomy to lead care while also being part of a team that's got your back.

We're looking for someone with an active NP license , board certification, and a heart for connecting with patients. You should feel comfortable making clinical decisions, explaining complex health topics in everyday language, and navigating the rhythm of a small but busy care environment. If you've worked as an RN or NP before, great-and if you also have your BLS and ACLS, even better. But more than anything, we're looking for someone who brings presence, curiosity, and heart to their practice.
