Software Project Manager Opportunity

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in manufacturing software implementations? This is an opportunity to lead a company-wide Manufacturing Execution System (MES) transformation, helping modernize operations across multiple manufacturing facilities while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

This company has been designing, testing, and manufacturing composite products used in the aerospace industry for over 30 years. The organization is focused on innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across its manufacturing operations. Software Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from paper-based manufacturing processes to a fully integrated Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Evaluate, select, and implement MES and related software solutions while managing vendor relationships.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate system integration efforts with ERP platforms and existing shop-floor technologies.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, training, and change management activities across multiple sites.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm – this is an onsite role.

Pay: $140,000 - $170,000 annually

Software Project Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience leading large-scale MES implementation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations, and cross-functional project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
