Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to patients undergoing inpatient rehabilitation.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Assess and monitor patient progress, adapting interventions as needed for optimal recovery.
• Administer treatments and medications following established protocols.
• Educate patients and families on post-rehabilitation strategies and home care guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation is mandatory.
• Flexibility to provide support in the Behavioral Health Unit as required.
• Prior travel experience is preferred.
• Completion of the COVID vaccination is a prerequisite.
• BLS (AHA) certification is a must.
• Active Michigan State Nursing License is essential, with proof required upon submission.
