Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Certified Medical Assistant **Sign-On for Eligible New Hires**. Work location: 100 Bourland Road - Suite 170 Keller, TX 76248 Work hours: Full-time; 40 hours weekly; Monday - Friday (8am-5pm) Clinic Highlights: No Weekends Collaborative Work Environment Cross Training for Career Development and Growth

Here's What You Need:

• High School Diploma (REQUIRED)
• One year of experience as a CMA (PREFERRED)
• Valid Certification as a Medical Assistant (REQUIRED)
• Successful completion of THPG Clinical Training (CT) educational program with demonstrated competency in required skills - within 90 days of job entry (REQUIRED)
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire (PREFERRED)
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support Exception Quarterly - 90 days upon hire (REQUIRED)
• Willing to consider a New CMA that has completed an Externship NCT - Non-certified Radiologic Technician training may be required upon hire (PREFERRED)

What You Will Do:

• Delivers care to patients utilizing the Certified Medical Assistant Process
• Conducts patient check out, surgery scheduling and post operative calls as primary function of position
• Communicates with patient regarding test results and plan of care by phone or mail as directed by physician
• Provides for patient safety and protection of patient privacy rights
• May work in the front office as needed
• May perform other duties as assigned by practice manager, more senior staff, or as requested by healthcare provider(s)
