As a Dispatcher at Academy Bus, you will join a cross-functional team, keeping the lines of communication open between its employees and customers. This role provides an opportunity for growth within the largest privately owned and operated transportation company in the U.S. This position is located at our Baltimore, MD location. A CDL is required.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Must have a CDL.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of scheduling or operations experience
• Must be available to work the night shift which may include some nights and weekends
• Must have a valid CDL with good driving record
• Must pass a drug screen
• MS Outlook and Excel

Responsibilities:

• Review schedules and requests
• Monitor service performance
• Coordinate with terminal leadership, customer service, and other teams to ensure safe and effective operations
