Strategic Finance Director

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting the Company's IPO preparation efforts, the full-time Strategic Finance Director will drive strategic finance initiatives, manage investor relations strategy, and oversee financial planning and analysis, all while working remotely from anywhere in the United States. Key responsibilities: Lead the preparation of investor relations materials and IPO-readiness content Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape the Company's investment story and public readiness Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support strategic growth transactions, including M&A integration Required qualifications: 15+ years of relevant experience in finance, particularly in IPO readiness and investor relations Strong FP&A capabilities, including financial modeling and strategic planning Experience in M&A, with a focus on post-acquisition integration Background in a B2B tech/software/SaaS environment, with knowledge of enterprise software metrics Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
