Not only do you maintain the interior spaces, you pride yourself on thoroughness with focus on all areas of the community.What Your Day Consists OfClean vacant apartments for make-readyCleans amenities, model apartments, guest suites, exterior areas (as needed) and officesParticipates in resident relations programCompletes minor service requests and participates in preventative maintenance programCommunicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team membersParticipates in the CWS Risk Management ProgramWhat You Bring To UsHigh school diploma or GED preferred (preferred)Housekeeping or janitorial experience (preferred)Able to read service requests and schedules, and regularly converse with team members, residents and vendors in EnglishAble to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphereAble to adhere to set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergenciesAble to adhere to company policies, procedures and practicesAble to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsAble to perform work responsibilities at locations other than “home” propertyAble to travel within major metropolitan areas and may be required to attend company functions in other citiesAt CWS, our employees are like family. Position regularly involves exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, power tools, and moving mechanical equipment.Physical Requirements:Requires frequent physical activity including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and working in confined or elevated spaces. Regularly lifts, carries, pushes, or pulls tools, appliances, equipment, and supplies up to 50 pounds.
