Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hours/week
On-Call: Monday–Friday, with approximately 1 week of on-call per month
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) program in Rolling Meadows, IL.
The organization is a nonprofit social services agency dedicated to providing innovative opportunities and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) .
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing services to clients based on their individual healthcare needs.
- Monitor and support clients' overall health and wellness.
- Work under the direction of the Director of Community Living Services.
- Provide medication administration training to employees in accordance with Illinois DHS guidelines.
- Coordinate and support clients' ongoing healthcare needs.
- Collaborate with staff, healthcare providers, and other members of the care team.
Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license .
- Nursing Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) .
- At least 1 year of related nursing experience .
- Must be flexible and willing to participate in approximately 1 week of on-call coverage per month .
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating weekends.
