Salary: Up to $130K $140K Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer to support migration from Microsoft Semantic Kernel to Microsoft Agent Framework . The ideal candidate will have strong Python/Django, Azure AI, RAG, and Agentic AI experience.
Key Responsibilities- Migrate Semantic Kernel plugins, planners, function calling, prompts, memory, and agents to Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Develop AI orchestration solutions using Python/Django .
- Build and maintain RAG solutions with Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI .
- Implement AI tools and connectors using MCP .
- Maintain retrieval, reranking, prompts, citations, APIs, RBAC, and permissions.
- Deploy containerized AI services using Docker/OpenShift .
- Implement AI observability and evaluation using Arize Phoenix/OpenTelemetry .
- Support GitHub CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
- Strong Microsoft Semantic Kernel experience.
- Hands-on Microsoft Agent Framework experience.
- Strong Python and Django development.
- Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, RAG, and Embeddings .
- Agentic AI, function/tool calling, and AI orchestration.
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) experience.
- Docker/OpenShift or similar container platforms.
- GitHub, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
