If you thrive in a fast paced, high energy, multi-faceted environment and are eager to learn, be mentored, receive hands-on training, and grow professionally, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Providing customer service for policies, billing, claims, and general account supportSupporting claims by taking key information, explaining next steps, and updating customers on statusCollecting and entering accurate information into company systems/CRMMaking sure requests are completed correctly and timely, following internal processes and compliance rulesHandling policy and coverage questions (within assigned limits) and helping customers understand optionsDocumenting interactions and maintaining clear, consistent case notesResolving issues by troubleshooting problems and escalating when neededMaintaining professionalism and empathy, especially with customers in stressful situationsAsk targeted questions to assess risk areas (auto, home, renters, umbrella, life, etc.) and gather accurate details.Recommend solutions based on the need, using clear explanations of benefits, tradeoffs, and pricing in plain language.Qualifications:Strong interest in a people-focused business and providing exceptional customer service with high communication volume via phone, text, and email.Previous experience in people-based business.Communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations and asking questionsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearOur team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
