Whether you want supplemental income, a few consistent weekend shifts, or longer 12-hour opportunities, McKenney Home Care offers a variety of schedules while giving you the opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one care in a private home setting.

McKenney Home Care is a family-owned private-duty home care agency serving Lee and Collier County. Through our Bonita Springs office, we are looking for dependable Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for weekend opportunities that match their availability, experience, and comfort level.

What’s Available

Weekend needs vary by client and may include:

• Morning shifts such as 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Short or split shifts, including 2–3 hour AM or PM visits
• Standard 4–6 hour shifts
• Extended 7–12 hour day or overnight shifts
• 12-hour day and overnight shifts, which are frequently available
• Opportunities for consistent, ongoing assignments

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and safe mobility
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation, hydration, and medication reminders
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and maintaining a safe home environment
• Follow each client’s individualized care plan and complete required documentation
• Observe and communicate changes or concerns to the office team

What You’ll Need

• Strong communication skills and a dependable, professional approach to caregiving
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Current hands-on CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
• Current TB test, or willingness to obtain
• Level 2 AHCA background screening, or willingness to complete:
