Client Success Specialist - Payroll

We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our client success team. Someone who can manage a dedicated client list, run payroll accurately, and be the person clients rely on when something goes sideways. - Engage with clients via phone and web to identify and resolve payroll challenges
- Provide technical support on payroll processing procedures
- Manage integration of client payroll submissions into eBacon's software
- First point of contact for employer and employee payroll questions
- 3+ years in payroll processing or payroll support
- Hands-on experience with SaaS payroll software (ADP, Paycor, Paylocity, or similar) required
- Strong customer service instincts and genuine interest in helping people
- Ability to manage multiple client payroll cycles at once
- Construction industry background
- Exposure to certified payroll or prevailing wage work
- PEO or ASO experience

- 401(k) with 6% employer match, eligible after 60 days
- 15 days PTO annually (years 1-4), 20 days starting year 5
