responsibilities:

• Motivate staff and implement measures to improve production methods and overall efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with technical staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop tracking systems and monitor product standards to ensure high-quality finished goods.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff while resolving any personal grievances.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and personnel records
