Customer Service Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Receptionist/Customer Service Associate to join our team. Role Overview This position serves as the first point of contact for customers while providing exceptional customer service and supporting our daily order processing operations. Responsibilities Greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming first impression. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls. Enter wholesale orders for independent retail customers accurately and efficiently. Process website orders and employee purchases. Process customer credit card payments accurately and securely in accordance with company policies. Assist customers with questions, orders, payment inquiries, and general requests via phone and email. Maintain accurate customer records and order information. Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing. Perform general receptionist, administrative, and customer service duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday (8am-5pm) Previous receptionist, customer service, order entry, or payment processing experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word . Experience with or the ability to quickly learn NuOrder, Power BI, Shopify, and Zendesk . Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle confidential customer and payment information with professionalism and discretion. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
