This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization expanding its GE 1.5 capabilities, where you’ll play a key role in building and supporting this division. The company specializes in wind turbine maintenance, troubleshooting, and field service operations. Backed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, the organization is focused on delivering safe, reliable, and high-performance service solutions across the wind industry. In this role, you will help support and grow the company’s GE operations, traveling to customer sites across Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico to lead major component replacements, including gearbox, main bearing, and blade exchanges. Responsibilities Lead major component replacement (gearbox, main bearing, blade exchange) Oversee prep, crane operations, and return-to-service activities Direct crane lifts using radio communication and hand signals Qualifications Strong knowledge of GE 1.5 Strong leadership skills Previous experience in major component replacements Based in TX, NM, or OK #J-18808-Ljbffr
