About the Opportunity

Commonwealth Emergency Physicians (CEP) is a physician-owned and physician-managed emergency medicine group serving Northern Virginia. We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible, Emergency Medicine residency-trained physician to join our dedicated night team. Based at Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, Virginia, this position offers a stable, supportive environment in a private, democratic group known for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and flexible scheduling.

Practice Environment

CEP provides emergency services at three closely located facilities, offering physicians variety and consistency within the same cohesive team:

• Inova Loudoun Hospital (Flagship Site):
• 50,000 annual ED visits
• 26-bed adult ED and 11-bed pediatric ED
• Level III Trauma Center and Leapfrog Hospital recognition
• Part of the nationally recognized Inova Health System
• Epic EMR
• Inova Emergency Care Center – Cornwall Campus:
• ~20,000 annual visits
• Only freestanding ED in Virginia awarded Primary Stroke Center Certification by The Joint Commission

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Residency-trained in Emergency Medicine
• Eligible for Virginia medical license
