The CDL Truck Driver will safely transport refrigerated freight throughout the Northeast and Midwest while maintaining exceptional service standards, regulatory compliance, and safe driving practices. Drivers will operate modern automatic sleeper tractors while supporting a long-established dedicated customer account.

Transportation Operations:

• Safely transport freight while meeting delivery schedules and customer expectations.
• Operate dedicated regional routes throughout assigned service territories.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Complete electronic logs and transportation documentation accurately.
• Maintain full compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and transportation personnel.
• Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.

Freight Responsibilities:

• Transport primarily refrigerated no-touch freight.
• Support a dedicated customer account with consistent and predictable freight.
• Operate throughout the Northeast and Midwest regions.
• Complete overnight driving assignments as required.
• Maintain safe freight handling practices while ensuring on-time delivery performance.

Freight originates from Front Royal, Virginia and services customers throughout:

• Massachusetts
• Connecticut
• New York
• New Jersey
• Pennsylvania
• Maryland
• Virginia
• North Carolina
• South Carolina
• Ohio
• Indiana
• Kentucky

Work Location:

Onsite – Front Royal, Virginia

Compensation:

• Earn Up to $1,550 Weekly
• Annual Earnings: $80,600 – $108,014
• Mileage Pay
• Detention Pay
• Safe & On-Time Bonus of up to 3% of mileage earnings

• Solo Driver Position
• Home Every Two Weeks Guaranteed
• Most Drivers Home Weekly
• Drivers domiciled in Front Royal typically return home weekly
• 34-Hour Reset

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL-A).
• Minimum three months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Ability to obtain a Hazardous Materials (HazMat) Endorsement within 90 days of hire.
• Safe driving history with commitment to DOT compliance.
• Ability to operate overnight routes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Stable employment history.
• U.S.-based citizens only.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
