Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Mishawaka, IN (100% onsite)
About the Opportunity for the Senior Accountant:

Join a collaborative accounting team and play a key role in supporting the financial success of the organization.
Opportunity to partner with leadership and operations while contributing to process improvements and financial reporting initiatives.
Highly visible role with the ability to make an immediate impact across the accounting function.

Overview of the Senior Accountant role:

Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close responsibilities.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
Develop and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant role:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
Strong ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Salary:
$78,520.60 to $82,475.20 annually. Role is 100% onsite.
