Nobu Bussers and Food Runners provide exceptional dining service to customers in a courteous, efficient, and accurate manner with a sincerely pleasant and professional demeanor. He or she helps the servers to serve food and drinks following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for food and beverage safety controls as prescribed by company standards. Other duties include setting and resetting the dining room tables to maximize prompt table availability for our guests. He or she removes plates, glassware, and silverware when guests have completed their meal, and quickly and efficiently re-sets and re-stocks the table for new guests.
