Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a travel opportunity for an RN – Cath Lab in Charleston, SC. This assignment consists of 10-hour day shifts, 4 shifts per week, totaling 40 hours, with a weekly pay of $3,040.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Cath Lab:

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Assist cardiologists during coronary angiograms, angioplasties, stent placements, and other cardiovascular interventions
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic status, and patient responses before, during, and after procedures
• Administer medications, moderate sedation, and IV therapies in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Perform pre-procedure assessments and post-procedure recovery monitoring
• Recognize and respond promptly to cardiac emergencies and procedural complications
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, treatment plans, and recovery expectations
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiovascular teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience
• Active South Carolina RN License or Compact RN License
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with cardiac catheterization, interventional cardiology procedures, and conscious sedation preferred
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency response protocols
• Excellent communication, critical-thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment and participate in call rotations if required
