Shipping/Packing Manager

Core Responsibilities Order Fulfillment: Read pick tickets to locate the correct products from inventory. Packaging: Select appropriate boxes, padding, and wrap to prevent damage during transit. Labeling & Documentation: Generate accurate shipping labels, packing slips, and verify weights prior to shipping. Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts, report low-stock items, and organize the stock area for efficiency. Loading & Shipping: Stage completed packages, operate equipment like pallet jacks, and coordinate pickups with freight carriers. Quality Assurance: Inspect items for defects or missing parts before boxing them. Key Qualifications & Skills Attention to Detail: Ensures the right item goes to the right customer with zero errors. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and regularly carry items weighing up to 50lbs.
