Our challenge

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in enterprise payment systems to join a strategic Digital Payments initiative. Candidates with a solid background in payment processing and modern Java technologies who are eager to learn emerging payment technologies are encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications

\n
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
\n
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17 , Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices.
\n
• Experience with enterprise payment systems, including one or more of:
\n
• Strong understanding of payment transaction lifecycle, settlement, reconciliation, and payment orchestration.
\n
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating with external payment services.
\n
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
\n
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging technologies.
\n
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
\n
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
\n

Responsibilities

\n
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based payment applications and microservices.
\n
• Build and enhance APIs supporting payment processing, settlement, and transaction orchestration.
\n
• Collaborate with business, product, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality payment solutions.
\n
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
\n
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards and best practices.
\n
• Participate in code reviews, testing, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
\n
• Contribute to modernization efforts supporting next-generation payment technologies, including Stablecoin and Digital Asset initiatives.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
\n
• 8+ years of software development experience.
\n
• Strong expertise in Java, React.js, and Node.js.
\n
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and DevOps methodologies.
\n
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
\n
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
\n
