Job Overview:
Hwy 55 is seeking strong leaders who can guide a team, maintain high standards, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is for individuals who lead by example and take ownership of both people and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support team members during shifts.
  • Ensure quality, speed, and accuracy across all operations.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
  • Handle guest concerns and ensure a positive experience.
  • Support scheduling, inventory, and daily operations.


Requirements:

  • Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • High standards for quality, service, and accountability.
