You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our members’ and guests experiences. Server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, taking orders for and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you!Compensation: $3.00 per hour + Tips and GratuitiesBenefits: Full-Time Associates receive benefits include health, dental, vision, and life, 401(k), paid time off, and other employee discount benefits through our HR-provider LL Roberts.What You'll Be Doing:Greets guest/members upon arrival; assists with seating as neededOpens/presents/pours wines and champagnes in a professional manner as neededMaintains cleanliness and sanitation at all times; performs closing clean-up dutiesHandles purchasing transactions, which include operating cash register and accounting of daily salesResolves guest/member problems/complaints; utilizes own best judgment in resolving issues or refers to management as neededAccurately writes tickets for food and beverage items; turns tickets into kitchen/bar in a timely manner; coordinates with kitchen staff to clarify any special requestsPerforms other related duties as assigned by managementWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.Knowledge of state liquor regulations; ability to identify when a guest/member has had his/her alcohol limit.Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and workflowVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmExcellent customer service skillsGood judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisionsCreative, flexible, and innovative team playerProfessional appearance and demeanorAdditional Information: Kindly, be aware that the job description provided is not an exhaustive account of the activities, duties, or responsibilities entailed for this role.
