IT Analyst II

Job Overview As an IT Analyst II at Honeywell, you will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and document requirements, develop technology solutions, perform system testing, and ensure quality assurance to deliver reliable and efficient systems. You will provide technical guidance and support to the team, leveraging your expertise to drive successful system implementations. You will report to the IT Manager Information Systems and work from our Mason, Ohio location on a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop technology solutions Perform system testing and ensure quality assurance Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts Collaborate with Finance teams to validate frozen costs, overheads, and pricing factors Work with C&E, Integrators, Product Management, and Pricing Managers on pricing initiatives Support automation efforts to improve pricing accuracy and efficiency Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and stakeholder communications Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in business systems analysis or related role Strong knowledge of business processes and systems Experience with system implementation and project management Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Experience in providing technical guidance and support to a team Benefits Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; short‑term and long‑term disability; 401(k) match; flexible spending and health savings accounts; employee assistance program; educational assistance; parental leave; paid time off; and paid holidays.
